Montana Legacy Ranch raises two tiers of cattle: Ranch Beef and Organic Beef. Our organic cattle are raised on pasture and fed a 100% grass diet for their entire lifetime.

Meet our Family

We’re Ty and Sarina O’Connor, and we’re the owners and operators of Montana Legacy Ranch, O’Connor Crops & Cattle, and our own FDA-certified processing facility, OCC Legacy Cuts.
Montana Legacy Ranch Beef has been owned & operated by the O’Connor family in Ekalaka, MT since 1998. We raise, process, dry age and package 100% of our beef in our own USDA inspected facility on our ranch in Big Sky country.
We’re proud to say Montana Legacy Ranch is a family-owned business, and with eight kids, it’s a large one! When our kids aren’t in school or at sports practice, they’re out in the fields with us. We take great strides to teach them how to properly care for our cattle and land as God intended.
