All of our Montana Legacy Ranch Sausage/Bratwurst is made with ZERO preservatives. They are 12oz, and come with 4 links. We smoke them the old fashioned way in natural sheep casings. You're going to love the snap and taste. People ask, "why do your sausages/brats taste better than all the rest"? The answer: No preservatives for an "off taste". And, our sausage/brats are made of beef and pork, NOT just pork only. This means less flame-up on the grill and you don't get that sour stomach after eating our sausage/brats. You can grill and eat or microwave theses for about a minute! They're ready to eat!
