  • 4 beef tenderloin steaks
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 bunch of asparagus (or your side of choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the beef tenderloin steaks with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Wrap each steak with 2 slices of bacon, securing them with toothpicks if needed.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
  5. Sear the bacon-wrapped tenderloins for 2-3 minutes on each side until the bacon is crispy.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.
  7. While the steaks are cooking, trim the ends of the asparagus and toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  8. Roast the asparagus in the oven for 10-12 minutes until tender.
  9. Serve the bacon-wrapped tenderloins with the roasted asparagus on the side.
